Laserobaria technology is used in many types of wounds, including combat medicine wounds. During the conference Modern Rehabilitation in the Military Health Service, which took place on March 6-7, 2025, in Lądek-Zdrój, Major Dawid Kędzierski, MD, specialist in orthopedics and traumatology, presented a case study of a patient treated with our technology at the 1st Military Clinical Hospital in Lublin in his presentation “Treatment of combat injuries using Laserobaria.” The patient was not qualified for treatment in a hyperbaric chamber due to the presence of a multi-drug-resistant pathogen. His wound, sustained as a result of the armed conflict in Ukraine, was severe. The treatment undertaken led to a reduction in infection and accelerated the healing process. These effects were confirmed in parallel in references received by the Foundation, which was involved in the entire process of helping the patient.
We are very pleased to have participated in the Modern Rehabilitation in Military Health Service conference. The event, organized by the Military Health Resort and Rehabilitation Hospital in Lądek-Zdrój, was a platform for presenting new technologies and a place for sharing experiences with their application.
The lectures also included a presentation by Mr. Dominik Dziadek entitled “A modern approach to the treatment of chronic wounds and combat injuries – the use of Laserobaria 2.0_S technology.”
The highlight of the conference was a debate discussing the challenges facing military hospitals, as well as new opportunities for implementing innovative technologies into the system. The need for cooperation and comprehensive rehabilitation in the field of support and care for Polish military personnel was emphasized. We hope that our technology will have many more opportunities to contribute to the effective support of patients in both military and civilian facilities.
