Inventmed at Silesian Technical University

We would like to thank the Silesian University of Technology – Faculty of Biomedical Engineering for their cooperation and the opportunity to present to students and other interested in how the Laserobaria 2.0_S works. During the meeting, our Chief Technology Officer had the opportunity to present the issue of difficult-to-heal wounds, the mechanisms of operation of the device, and the process of designing and launching a medical device. Students of the faculty of biomedical engineering could learn about the process of designing and implementing a medical device following the norms and standards of the European market. As a company producing a medical device, we highly value contact with young people. We are interested in their perspective on new technologies, which is why we provide students with paid internships in the field of R&D. Our internships enable students to develop skills in biomedical engineering and help them gain valuable experience in working with innovative medical solutions. Inventmed among top finalists of EEC Startup

We are pleased to announce that Inventmed is among the finalists of the EEC Startup Challenge 2023 in the category HEALTH & BIOTECHNOLOGY medicine, health, medical technologies, pharmacy, and biotechnology. EEC Startup Challenge 2023 means an achievement that can be an important step for the company. The idea of this international event bringing together innovative projects of young companies is to connect idea innovators with the world of finance – investors. The list of companies that were among the 15 finalists is available on the competition website. On April 25th, 2023, in Katowice, Poland, we will find out who will be rated the highest, and the prizes will be awarded to the winners at the Gala. TUV NORD is a German-Austrian company that controls the quality of devices and certifies them. Inventmed is certified with its quality management system according to the PN-EN ISO 13485, standard for the design, production, sale, and service of active medical devices for the treatment of chronic wounds. Thanks to them, the quality and safety of our medical device is at the highest level. As part of our cooperation with TUV NORD, we undergo periodic audits that confirm the high quality of our device. LASERBARIA WORKSHOPS AT THE EVENT XIII OPOLSKIE WARSZTATY MEDYCZNE IN KAMIEN SLASKI, POLAND

Laserobaria workshop at the 13th Opole Medical Workshop

On November 19th, 2022, we had the pleasure of conducting a workshop entitled: “Application of Laserobaria 2.0_S in wound treatment” at XIII Opolskie Warsztaty Medyczne (Medical Workshops of the Opole Voivodeship) in Kamien Slaski, Poland. Once again, we were able to exchange experiences with medical staff and present cases of difficult-to-heal wounds and the use of Laserobaria 2.0_S in this area. This time in a more practical workshop form. The presented cases were shared and discussed by an experienced wound care nurse – Ms. Izabela Kuberka. All cases came from the experience of the practice of Konrad Pańczak, MD, from Lecran, for whose kindness we are very grateful. At the same time, we wish the entire Lecran team continued success in the treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds and swellings using the Laserobaria 2.0_S device.

Inventmed’s participation in the 15th Congress of the Angiological Society

We were very pleased to meet a group of the best Polish angiologists during the XV Congress of the Angiological Society (XV Kongres Polskiego Towarzystwa Angiologicznego), in Wroclaw, Poland. Interesting conversations, observations, and exchanged comments allow us to even better adapt our offer to the needs of doctors and patients. Vascular problems affect an increasing number of patients, which is why the exchange of experiences among experienced specialists is so important. As a result, new methods, such as the laserbaria method, have the opportunity to present the benefits of therapy with their use to a wider group of specialists. To consequently reach a wider range of patients requiring complex wound treatment.
