We are pleased to announce that Inventmed will participate as an exhibitor and silver sponsor in the 21st Scientific Conference “Medical and Sport Technologies & Young Biomechanists Conference” named after Prof. Dagmara Tejszerska, which will be held on May 16-18, 2025, in Wisła. We will be presenting our technology, which is used not only in wound treatment, but also in rehabilitation and sports medicine. In addition, we will be presenting for the first time the research work carried out as part of the Implementation Doctorate at Inventmed!
The event is organized by the Society for Innovative Technologies for Health in Gliwice and is held under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Silesian Province, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the National Center for Research and Development. The conference is a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience for scientists, engineers, students, and representatives of the medical and sports industries. The event program covers a wide range of topics in the field of biomedical engineering and sports technology.
This time, we have a special surprise for you outside the stand! During the conference, Ms. Kinga Kostera, a doctoral student employed at Inventmed Sp. z o.o., will present her research work during the student poster session. The presentation will be a review of scientific literature entitled “Review of in vitro studies for optimizing mathematical models of wound healing,” which forms the basis for designing mathematical models of wound healing, taking into account the impact of physical factors such as ozone, UV radiation, and magnetic fields on selected pathogens and on the proliferation of epidermal cells. This work aims to identify key biological parameters that can support the further development of next-generation therapeutic devices.
The project is being carried out as part of the Implementation Doctorate VIII program, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, under the title: “Development and implementation of software supporting the optimization of physical agent doses in a multifunctional therapeutic device supporting the wound healing process,” registration number: DWD/8/0356/2024.
Work financed by the Implementation Doctorate VIII program – Development and implementation of software supporting the optimization of physical factor doses in a multifunctional therapeutic device supporting the wound healing process, registration number: DWD/8/0356/2024.
We warmly congratulate Kinga and support her in her further development!
We hope to see you at the poster exhibition section and at our stand. See you in Wisła!
