On Saturday, October 26, 2024, the LUX MED Group Academy of Medicine took place, where we participated as a contestant in the eco-Disruptive competition.

As part of the eco-Disruptive contest, two solutions from Poland were selected to represent the country on the global stage of the competition organized by Bupa. The contest aims to identify innovative solutions and evaluate their potential for LUX MED and, potentially, for Bupa in the future.

NEW SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE ON THE LASEROBARIA METHOD IN ACTA ANGIOLOGICA 

We are pleased to announce that a new scientific article regarding the Laserobaria method has been published. The paper titled “Crossing the Boundaries of Traditional Therapy: A Study of the Potential of Laserobaria in Wound Healing — Basis of This Therapy — A Systematic Review” has appeared in the journal Acta Angiologica. The article, authored by Professor Aleksander Sieroń, MD, Dominik Dziadek, Kinga Kostera, and Dominik Sieroń, provides a systematic review of the literature focusing on the effectiveness of using oxygen therapy, ozone therapy, magnetic field therapy, and red and UV light in the treatment of venous ulcers of the lower limbs. The study analyzes the impact of various therapeutic factors used in the Laserobaria method on wound healing processes in patients with chronic ulcers.
